Tinder Date: Miss Poveda

Another Tinder Date.

I always do Tinder Dates on a Sunday – after Football practice. Usually, a movie date. This time, it is Eastwood’s Miss Poveda.

She books Uber, which makes the waiting game quick.

“I’m here na. Well outside. I don’t know who you are. Hahaha.”

Yung hahaha talaga ang nagpa-relaks sa akin. I am never new to blind dates. I do this a lot. It has been a series of Sunday dates na since pagpasok ng taon. Nagtataka nga ako bat ngayon lang ako nagsimulang magsulat tungkol dito.

I met her outside. Curly hair, beautiful eyes. a pretty face. As expected from someone who went to the same university as me. A quick beso and we went in sa Splice.

She is quite talkative. She has so many kwento that I can relate to.

It did not work well for her because she analyzes things. I stopped with those jokes.

The plan was to watch #BatmanVSuperman. We went straight to IMAX and got the guaranteed seats L24 to L25. After getting the tix, umikot na kami sa MEGAMALL to look for a place to eat. After checking out our capacity to pay and comparing it to our cravings, nauwi kami sa Yabu.

Yabu's chopsticks look like a wand from olivander's. Miss Poveda loved them.

Oo nga pala, Miss Poveda is a fan of Harry Potter. I love how Yabu’s chopsticks look like wands from the UK.

After ilang kwento, getting to know questions, evesdropping sa kwentuhan sa kabilang table, usapang yosi, surfing, travel, what you do on your spare time, and work, nabusog din kami.

The only moment we stopped talking about things is when the movie started. I think we need to book an occupational therapist.

We ended the night by booking another Uber car and going back to my parking lot before parting ways.

Second date? I think pwede, siguro kung may papanoorin kami na iba pa.
Taking it to the next level? May chance siguro but not today.
I would have to let Miss Poveda learn how to surf, to ride a bike, to make landi, and to execute her plans before she turns 30.

I think she is great.

Hanggang sa susunod na Tinder Date guys.
