I visited his shop 2 days ago sa Zabarte Town Cennter, Caloocan.
It is one long jeepney ride from Quezon Avenue. Quite far really, but the visit is worth it.
He creates the patches for the guild logo, the temple logos, and special events. Yung huling creation niya was the Earth Hour x Philippine Light Saber special patch.
He supplies the patches for US and Japan special forces. His patches travel around the world. His patches can be seen in multiple movies, magazines, and uniforms. His design is very intricate, clean, fine, and proudly Pinoy-made.
forbiddingly A Familiar Face.
Nakakatuwa. Sa kwentuhan namin, na-discover namin na nag-meet na pala kami before sa Palaui Island, specifically sa Cape Engano, the lighthouse that guides boats approaching the Batanes group of islands.
He was in full battle gear, complete with a heavy rifle and shades.
I talked him into doing the exact same thing, visiting certain spots, this time in Jedi/Sith costume.
Not Just Your Average Guy.
His works are recently featured in the ARMS Magazine Japan. He goes there from time to time to be interviewed about recent designs and their meanings. I remember him explaining to me what COME AND TAKE IT means.
He is THE Patch Guy, but he also has background in the navy. He knows things about business, design, and of course the way of the force.
Got A Guy series is about guys that I meet who supplies me with things. From gadgets, to cellphone load, to candies, food, discounted things, and whatever. I will use this series to promote their business and to take note of their contact information at the same time.
