Objective: To Disseminate the information on voting procedures for the upcoming 2010 automated poll elections.

Hypothesis: Banking on the popularity of a certain individual would be a successful way of disseminating needed information to all Filipinos concerned.

Materials:

• Video presentation from Youtube
• Airtime on National TV
• Manny Pacquiao scheduled fight

Procedure:

1. Control the media
2. Give a copy of the video to the station that will show the fight on Free TV.
3. Play the video right before the Manny Pacquiao match starts
4. Gather information as to how the campaign worked.
5. Do the process again on ANY replay of the match.
