Chef Laudico’s Feast in SM City Clark – Challenge to The Kapampangan Palette

I was fortunate enough to have been invited to Chef Laudico’s Feast. Ito ang unang Buffet ni Chef Laudico and Chef Jac na nasa Mall. It is located at BPO 1 building in SM Clark. Nakaharap ito sa parking lot na hindi naman napupuno. Our coaster filled in 3 slots at the parking lot. Di ko sure kung free parking, pero kung may bayad, pantatlong kotse ang sisingilin samin.

To be officially opened this month, Chef Laudico’s Feast offers a hundred dishes that ranges from all around the globe; Korean, Japanese, Filipino. Most noticeable would be their pizza, their saucy Filipino favorites, and several types of grilled and roasted meat.

Dami nun, as in. Hindi ka pa nagsasawa sa isa, may kapalit na agad.

The famed Cafe Ilang-ilang of The Manila Hotel was renovated. It is spacious enough to accommodate up to 320 diners. To be able to feed this hungry bunch, Cafe Ilang-ilang buffet has more than a dozen food stations. It even has the Cigar Room and the Wine & Cheese Room available for small parties of a dozen or two.

The cooking stations have chefs behind them preparing the meals. You can request for anything. I had one chef prepare my shabu-shabu while I pick out a slice of their roast beef at the other food station.

Here are what you can expect in Cafe Ilang-ilang:
