Kaya naman naisipan ng ating De La Salle Brothers, kasama ng mga namumuno dito, na hindi lang baguhin ang pangalan, kundi bigyan din ng kaukulang sistema ang school. Dito na ililipat ang mga specialized courses na FIRST sa Pilipinas.

In pursuit of its vision to be a leading learner-centered research university in the region, De La Salle University launched at the culmination of its centennial year, its new campus, the De La Salle University Science and Technology Complex (DLSU-STC) Leandro V. Locsin Campus.
DLSU-STC, a 50-hectare sprawling campus, is adjacent to the Laguna Technopark. The DLSU-STC will include new academic buildings, research centers, modern dorm facilities, and staff housing. It will promote strong collaboration with its neighboring industry partners as well as with regional research centers.
To evolve into a leading research center in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, the DLSU-STC targets a high concentration of top students and outstanding faculty for its roster. Gustung-gusto ko ang ginawa nila sa bagong school na to. Ayon sa mga nakausap ko, nagsimula na raw ang mga kurso na Computer Science Major in Game Design at BS Biology with Business Applications. Nandyan din daw ang Engineering-Aeronautics na course.
Yung mga duplicate courses naman daw, yung mga meron din sa ibang Lasalle schools, pinapatapos na lang nila ang mga estudyante at hindi na magbubukas ng bagong sections.
