Sales Promotion Permit for bloggers contests

React lang ako sa issue sa blogosphere a. Baka sabihin ng iba kasi, wala akong paki-alam. At isa pa, katatapos lang ng aking NBA premium items giveaway kaya medyo affected din ako sa issue na ito.

Hindi po ako apathetic. Pero instead of giving my opinion, mas gugustuhin ko siguro mag definition of terms. Mas madali i-define ang topic na ito kesa sa salitang PAG-IBIG.

ANONG MALI SA STATEMENT NA ITO:

“DTI Sales Promotion permit process that makes it a requirement even if there is no purchase required.”

Kung sino man ang nagsabi ng salita na yan e natitiyak kong hindi nag-aral ng mabuti sa High School. O malamang absent lang siya nung tinuro ang concept ng root word derivative. (imbento ko lang ang term na yan. Pa-uso ko lang yan.)

Sales Promotion Permit – SALES. Ibig sabihin, may bentahan na naganap. Benta means money involved. Hindi ba Sales is equivalent to PURCHASE? O baka ako lang ang nakaka-intindi ng ganun.

Bloggers contests – ang hinihingi lang ng bloggers ay web traffic. Kung legal tender ang web traffic, sige papayag ako na magbayad ng tax. E ang kaso, hindi e.

I need to agree on what this guy says. We need to create a new term for this. Halatang walang alam sa internet ang mga taga DTI e.
