Answer: Si Maricar Reyes/
Isa sa mga hinahangaan kong Pilipina itong si Maricar Reyes. She knows how to handle herself very well. Pag negative ang thought, deadma. Pag positive naman, todo appreciate. Nung nagsimulang tumunog ang pangalan niya dahil sa bad publicity, ginamit niya itong catapult para sa kanyang career. Hindi na lang siya yung dating napapanood mo sa videos, marami na siyang commercial endorsements, nagkaroon na siya ng teleserye gig at may mga guestings na rin siya.
Pero nag-iba ang story kahapon.

Nagkaroon ng secret wedding sa isang hotel sa Alabang kung saan mga family members and closest friends lang ang inimbitahan. Walang announcements na nangyari. Hindi nakalagay sa kalendaryo ng mga sessionistas ang event. Walang Facebook page na lumabas at hindi rin nag-trend sa Twitter.
Private Wedding. Pero syempre covered pa rin ng ABS-CBN. Uso na nga ata yun ngayon.
Si Richard Poon, yung crooner na kumakanta sa ASAP, tropa nila Kean Cipriano at Yeng Constantino. Jingle Bell Rock ang naaalala kong kinakanta niya dati, siya ang groom ni Maricar Reyes.
Wala rin naman akong masasabing masama tungkol kay Richard Poon. Ang alam ko lang, nakita ko siya dati sa Greenhills na may kausap na tindera. Hindi ko alam kung bumibili siya ng damit o kanya ang pwesto.
Anyway, yung gown ni Maricar sa wedding na to, parang nakita ko na na naka-display sa 168 mall nun huli kaming nagpunta dun ni Pentells. May wedding expo kasi sa bagong wing ng lugar at napadpad kami doon. Hindi pa nakapili si Pentells ng gown kaya mukhang matagal pa ang kasalan.
At least iniisip na namin, ngayon pa lang.

When Richard saw Maricar on an ad, he knew exactly and even jokingly said that she will be his wife. True enough, with his charm he was able to pursue and capture her heart. It was not an easy road but in God's time they were able to carry on with the journey and accomplish their heart's desire.. a promise to be true to one another as husband and wife.What we love about this wedding is the simplicity of the couple. They were able to manage to invite only their closest loved ones despite of fame and status. Their day was very heartfelt and full of emotions, that even during the planning we did our best to keep it a secret. And now it is out for the whole world to know.
